Dione helped me tailor my CV so that it was more in line with the job specification/description. Dione also organised a few mock interviews in preparation for my real interview. During these sessions, she walked me through exactly what recruiters are looking for during the interview stage, as well as how to properly structure my answers in a clear and succinct manner. Additionally, Dione also showed me ways in which I can display more of my personality within interviews such as including fun facts about myself.

What I found most valuable about the process was Dione’s great attention to detail. Dione took the time to properly research the company I was applying for and this allowed her to provide as authentic an experience as possible during our mock interviews.

Dione provided me with great preparation for an upcoming interview I had earlier in the year. We did a mock interview on zoom, where she guided me through the process and gave a detailed step by step of what the mock interview would entail. She then gave me in depth feedback which helped a lot going forward.

Even beyond interview preparation, Dione helped point me in the direction of jobs that I would be best suited to.

Throughout the whole process, I valued Dione’s level of patience and care. She was so supportive throughout, she would always go the extra mile by sending me jobs all the time which kept me motivated especially when the job search became difficult.

It helped land me in the job I am in now - if it wasn’t for Dione’s guidance I don’t know what I would’ve done! One of my main takeaways was to keep going even amidst rejections and difficulties during a job search. Something will stick eventually, resilience is key! I feel more and more confident to pursue and achieve my career goals in the Human Resources field.

Dione supported me throughout my job application process for my placement year during university. Initially I applied myself but each application resulted in a rejection which demotivated me. Dione provided invaluable guidance through every application process. She dedicated time from her busy schedule to prepare me by conducting mock interviews and offering valuable advice on how to answer interview questions. Her support was key in securing a job for my placement year at an IT firm. Without Dione’s support and encouragement, I do not believe I would have secured a position for my placement year.
